General The TR-MONITOR is an addressable monitor module for use with the Triga Series fire alarm control panels (FACPs). The TR-MONITOR acts as an interface to contact devices, such as waterflow switches and pull stations. The TR-MONITOR supports Class A supervised or Class B supervised wiring to the load device. Conventional 4-wire smoke detectors can be monitored for alarm and trouble conditions. INSTALLATION The TR-MONITORR mounts directly into a 4” square electrical box. The box must have a minimum depth of 2-1/8”. A surface mount electrical box (TR-SMB500) is available from Triga. COMPATIBILITY The TR-MONITOR is compatible with the following Triga Series FACPs Features • Isolates short circuits on an SLC loop • Protects the modules on the SLC loop so other devices continue to operate • Panel controlled status LED that flashes green in normal state and is solid red in alarm • Standard 4 inch electrical box mounting • SEMS screws for easy wiring • UL Listed
